Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely beautiful, perfect in every detail, lovely and tastefully styled. The rooms had 2 window balconies overlooking Calle de la Estafeta, providing very good views. The large bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and separate bath was a luxurious touch. The beds and bedding were excellent, and the bathrooms lovely. The insulation was great as hardly any noise from the big square in front could be heard.
Wow, this hotel truly surprised me! The room I got wasn't the one I saw on Expedia, but it was still amazing, complete with a balcony overlooking the charming side street. Despite being located over the busiest street in the old town, the room was surprisingly quiet. The service was top-notch, with unbelievably accommodating and kind staff ready to offer the best advice and even coming down to show us the way when needed. The location was perfect for exploring PamplonaIruña, right in the center of the city, making it easy to access great restaurants and attractions. The dining experience, however, was a bit overpriced and not up to par with such a nice hotel. The facilities were convenient, and I especially enjoyed the Pintxo bar and restaurant on the lower floor that leads directly into the street where the Bulls run during festivals.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were wonderful, perfect in every detail, and beautifully styled. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, full of character, and with many bars and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was good, although I wished there were more fresh fruit options. Overall, a fantastic hotel with some room for improvement in the dining area.
